Alloy Silverstein: ClearlyRated's 2023 Best of Accounting Diamond Award for client service excellence

We are honoured to announce that our member Alloy Silverstein is one of a select few CPA firms across the US recognised with Clearly Rated's 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and now 2023 Best of Accounting Award for providing superior client service.

ClearlyRated’s Best of Accounting® is the nation’s only service excellence award for the accounting industry that leverages third-party validated survey responses from accounting firm clients. The award program provides statistically valid and objective service quality benchmarks for the accounting industry, revealing which accounting firms deliver the highest quality of service to their accounting clients.

Fewer than 1% of CPA firms in the U.S. and Canada achieve Best of Accounting for client satisfaction. Of that elite group, just 27% of the 2023 Best of Accounting winners earned the Diamond award distinction. Diamond award winners have won the Best of Accounting award for at least 5 years in a row, consistently earning industry-leading satisfaction scores from their clients.

For the fifth year, Alloy Silverstein earned high marks from their surveyed clients, receiving satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 91.1% of their clients this year, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50% in 2022. Clients of Best of Accounting winners are more than 70% more likely to be satisfied than those who work with non-winning firms.
