Regional Meeting in Munich 2025 - Terms and Conditions
Regional Meeting will be happening on May 23rd, with a Welcome Reception on May 22nd and an optional tour on May 24th.
Language
Regional meetings will be held in three languages - English, German and Italian.
Liability
INPACT International Ltd, as the host, along with its Meeting Organizer and Tour Operators, has exercised reasonable care in arranging the Meeting, including accommodations and tours. However, they cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by delegates due to unforeseen disruptions. The program details are accurate at the time of printing; however, organizers reserve the right to modify the program or schedule as necessary. INPACT International Ltd and the Meeting Organizer act solely as agents in securing hotels, transport, and travel services. They are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, or irregularities that may occur during arrangements made through contractors or their employees. Hotel and transportation services are governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the general public. Participants are advised to arrange personal insurance, as INPACT International Ltd will not accept liability for costs incurred due to cancellations or changes.
Minimum on Numbers
All tour rates are based on a minimum of 5 attendees. A single supplement charge will apply for tours that have less than 5 persons. Conference organizer reserve the right to replace tour attractions.
Special Requests
Please specify any special requests regarding food, accessibility, or other needs during your registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after April 1 are non-refundable. This includes any changes to the reservation that result in a cancellation. Any changes to your reservation (e.g., date changes, room type changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please ensure you are covered on your insurance as, in the event of cancellation for whatever reason, INPACT International Ltd will not accept liability for costs incurred.
