FLC Frank Lynch & Co.’s Three Partners

This Ireland firm has more than 40 staff members and is made up of three partners. Frank Lynch, who started the company back in 1973, has since managed and grown FLC Frank Lynch & Co. into an established industry presence, and the firm quickly became one of the largest accountancy, taxation, and auditing firms in the northeast.

Later, Kieran Lynch joined the company in 1989 and became a partner in 1994. He is currently a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and brought his extensive business strategy expertise. Kieran has particular knowledge in the areas of agri-business, inheritance tax planning as well as budgeting and operating analysis. He also currently sits on the board of two hotels and is an advisor to the board of one of Ireland’s fastest growing food-processing and ready-meal manufacturers.

In 1995, Francis Lynch also became a partner in the firm. Francis Lynch is a fellow of the both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants, a qualified financial advisor (QFA), a registered insolvency practitioner and a member of the panel for non-executive directors in Ireland. In addition, Francis advises multi-national companies set up in Ireland and sits on the board of a number of companies.

Tony McBride, who was employed at the firm for 10 years before becoming a partner in 1994, offers his experience with motor trade, healthcare, and the legal profession to the firm and its clients. Tony also heads the firm’s insolvency and corporate recovery section. He has more than 20 years of insolvency experience, has been appointed liquidator in numerous members and creditors liquidations, and holds a diploma in insolvency and corporate restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland.

Together, Frank Lynch and his three partners have succeeded in bringing high-quality accountancy and business management strategies to both well-established companies and start-up businesses.
