J&M Consulting (Poland) Announces the Appointment of New Partner Natalia Banasiewicz

Prior to joining J&M Consulting, Natalia worked at the Warsaw office of leading US law firm White & Case, where she participated in projects related to international tax structuring, tax due diligence projects and tax litigation. She also spent some time in the tax team of Deloitte. During her studies she worked as a paralegal at Warsaw law firms and at the Frankfurt headquarters of Deutsche Bank. Natalia graduated with distinctions from the University of Warsaw in two faculties: law and journalism. She also studied for a year at the Law faculty of University of Konstanz, Germany.

Her practice focuses particularly on tax advisory, with an emphasis on cross-border trade. She represents clients in tax proceedings and tax disputes before administrative courts. In addition, Natalia assists clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Natalia speaks fluent Polish, English and German.

The firm has also announced that it has expanded its main office base in Warsaw.
