INPACT Members find harmony in Honduras

Honduras member, CONAFI hosted the event and kicked off the meeting with a presentation about their firm as well as providing interesting facts about the accountancy and business scene in Honduras.

INPACT Vice President and Latin America coordinator, Marcelo Berge commented;

“We are extremely grateful to CONAFI for hosting this excellent event; the island of Roatan, Honduras provided the perfect backdrop for an excellent weekend of networking and information sharing.”

Marcelo provided an update to members on general INPACT news, in conjunction with Daniel Perez from Central Admin, and also led an informative session on Transfer Pricing. Other useful sessions included a presentation by NK group and an update on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) by Mibzar Castañon. Following the presentations, there was an open discussion that allowed for stories and information to be shared and ideas for the future to flow, as well as providing client cross referral opportunities.

Daniel Perez summed up the event,

“These smaller, region specific meetings provide the perfect opportunity for members to really get to know each other’s businesses and to share knowledge and experience for the benefit of their clients.”
