Last week, INPACT Global held a regional conference in the beautiful city of Nice, France. The two-day event was filled with informative discussions, networking opportunities, and enjoyable social events.
The conference was attended by 29 delegates from 13 different countries, as well as their companions and our EMEA-CSA & AP Executive Team. Our members worked in focus groups of Italian, German, and English-speaking professionals and came together to discuss regional issues. The attendees engaged in lively conversations about firm updates, staffing and recruitment, succession planning, staff exchange, growth, salaries, and remote working. These discussions provided a valuable opportunity for participants to share their experiences and best practices, as well as learn from one another.
The conference also included some enjoyable social events, such as dinners at local restaurants and city walking tours, which provided the attendees with an opportunity to connect with their peers and strengthen their professional relationships. The common meeting, where all delegates discussed the future of the INPACT, was a great platform to discuss the current structure and governance of the organization, upcoming meetings and how to improve them, current services, and new ideas.
