INPACT Regional Meeting 2026 in Stockholm

We are delighted to share a look back at the INPACT Global Regional Conference 2026, which took place from 21-23 May in the stunning city of Stockholm. One of our highest attended regional events to date, the conference welcomed close to 40 delegates, bringing together a total of nearly 60 participants from over 15 countries across our international alliance. The strong turnout once again highlighted the value of in-person connection and the continued growth of our association.

The programme combined forward-looking technical sessions with strategic discussions designed to support firms in a rapidly evolving environment. Throughout the event, delegates explored a range of key themes, including:

• Learning and development in the age of AI, and how firms can adapt skills for the future;
• Leadership in times of uncertainty, with a focus on resilience and decision-making;
• A practical overview of ISQM implementation and real-world application within member firms;
• Strategic networking as a driver of long-term growth and collaboration across borders.

Beyond the formal sessions, delegates enjoyed a series of memorable shared experiences in and around Stockholm. A number of social gatherings provided space for informal discussion and networking, including a beautiful waterside setting along Stockholm’s canals and harbour, showcasing the city’s unique Nordic atmosphere.

A key highlight of the programme was a team-building activity in Stockholm’s historic Old Town (Gamla Stan), where five teams competed in a series of creative challenges. The experience concluded with a celebratory group lunch at a rooftop restaurant, where winners were awarded medals and delegates enjoyed drinks on the terrace overlooking the city.
