Shanghai Acumen Certified Public Accountants Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) set up in 2005 in Shanghai, China, whose predecessor, Shanghai Changxin CPA firm, set up in 1987, is the fifth established CPA firm in Shanghai. The Company is committed to providing high standard financial, tax, audit, performance appraisal, industrial and commercial agency and other professional services for small and medium-sized foreign-invested enterprises, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, public institutions and social organizations. Our major partners come from the Big Four international accounting firms with rich experiences in audit, accounting, taxation and management consultancy.
Our Company has around 50 employees, which professional and technical staff account for more than 60%. In recent years, the Company has provided audit, accounting and other comprehensive businesses to several China subsidiaries or branches of Fortune 500. Meanwhile, we also offer diversified services (such as book-keeping and financial due-diligence service) to small and medium-sized foreign-invested enterprises. For now, Shanghai Acumen has become a Group Enterprise with CPA firm, CTA firm and financial consulting firm.
The Company's relevant qualifications includes: one of 62 Class A CPA firm of Shanghai(quality reviewed by Shanghai CPA Institution) , Class A of Foreign Consulting Institute of Shanghai, etc. Our business goal is to create excellent service quality with a professional and rigorous attitude.
