Worker misclassification is a perennial issue for the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities due to the perception that many employers are not properly classifying their workers.

INPACT has welcomed its first member from Tokyo, iAP Inc. It is also the 11^th new INPACT member in the last 12 months.

The HMRC has introduced new legislation regarding changes to the taxation of non-UK domiciles. The reforms came into effect on 6^th April 2017.
