Following INPACT’s recent success at the International Accounting Bulletin Awards it has welcomed two new members.

Datuk Feeyoon Pang, Managing Partner of INPACT member firm, McDonald Carter (AF0948), has been awarded the title of Datuk, the equivalent of a knighthood in Malaysia.

Romanian accounting firm Mondo Conta Consult SRL recently joined INPACT’s ever-growing list of international members. Mondo Conta Consult SRL is a firm from Bucharest, Romania that offers accounting, audit, payroll and administrative services. The firm is a member of CECCAR, which is the Romanian official body of authorization for bookkeeping companies.

INPACT International has recently been awarded ‘Rising Star Association’ of the year, by International Accounting Bulletin (IAB).

We are pleased to announce that INPACT has recently secured a partnership with mobile technology business MyFirmsApp. This deal will garner additional useful technology for INPACT members in their endeavours to optimize efficiency.

INPACT has recently formed a strategic partnership with Washington, DC-based Tax Analysts—the leading global provider of tax-related news and analysis—to bring INPACT members an incredible discount on Tax Analysts’ content services.

On the 6th and 7th of August, the members of INPACT in Latin America met in Santiago, Chile. Daniel Perez, representing the INPACT administration, attended the event and gave a presentation, detailing the history of the INPACT accounting alliance and the new projects underway that will boost the value of being a member firm.

Throughout the meeting, it was obvious that the member firms in Latin America took advantage of the meeting to consult with other member firms, and the event succeeded in facilitating the exchange of referrals and potential business.

We're proud to announce that the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB), a magazine that revolves around accounting news, has nominated INPACT for the “Rising Star Association” and “Association of the Year” awards. Receiving this recognition from IAB is an honour, and we are expecting this prestige to help the INPACT members firms gain ground in their respective endeavours.

While in Mauritius for the 3^rd Africa Congress of Accountants in mid-May, Tendai White scheduled a visit to see INPACT’s member firm in Cybercity, a booming economic centre of the country. Chiltern Group graciously accepted her drop-in and offered her a complete look at the firm’s day-to-day activities and its facilities.

In the month of May, the island of Mauritius, hosted the 3^rd Africa Congress of Accountants, which aimed to bring together all the greatest minds in the accounting world together in one place.
